Halfway Home - TV On the Radio.  Really dig the "wall of sound" on this one.  Can't wait for the new album even though the single floating around right now isnt their best work.

Rive of Rapture - Death Angel.  Terminally overlooked thrash band, better than Slayer on their best day.  I hate to say it but their lack of 80's domination probably has more to due with their ethnicity than their talent.  

I Want To Love You Tonight - Ratt.  My favorite 80's hair band.  They've released one song I don't like.  Way Cool Jr. is just stupid.  This one is a good enough ballad but lacks a bit by Ratt standards.

On the Corner - Twilight Singers.  I am a huge Greg Dulli fan.  I will buy everything he puts out.  He is the only person I've ever asked for an autograph.  The newest Twilight Singers album, Dynamite Steps, is his second best work ever, a half step behind Black Love.  Go buy Dynamite Steps right now.  Then buy another copy for safe keeping.

Voivod - Invisible Planet.  Just recently got into Voivod.  If they had a different singer they would be one of my favorite bands of all time.  The music is there, the vocals lack.
