Goldilox by King's X. There are very few power ballads that top this. The only one that comes to mind is their reprise version on Ogre Tones. Goldilox in in my top ten 80's songs and my top ten 00's songs. 9.6 of 10.

King Of The World by Duff McKagan's Loaded. Duff is a talented dude. Wish he'd release something soon. Maybe he is. Google bound! Dagnabbit, nothing new on the McKagan front. 8.9 of 10.

Heart Of Gold by Neil Young. Neil has some of the best songs about America ever written by a Canadian. 8.8 of 10.

Broken Pal World by Baby Robots. The band's name is the most interesting thing about this. 7.0 of 10.

Fadin' Fast by Promised Land Sound. Tom Petty meets the Bakersfield sound. 'Taint terrible. Not great. 7.3 of 10.
