Complete Control - The Clash.  Good stuff, Maynard.  I think I like Strummer's solo stuff better though.

Open Letter (To A Landlord) - Living Colour.  I really don't want to get into politics what with the Chick-Fil-A controversy but some neighborhoods are beyond shitty and need to be leveled.  Also, why didn't the Living Colour guys try to save the burning children?  It's implied that they just watched passively as they died.  If you put aside the lefty propaganda, this song is all kinds of rock supreme.

Big Dumb Sex - Soundgarden.  80's era Soundgarden was fantastic.  This album isn't as polished as the major label releases.  It satisfies on a different level.  Angry, aggressive, a bit dirty.  No complaints.

Mr. Superlove - The Afghan Whigs.  DAMMIT!  I think I missed The Whigs' gig at Lollapalooza.  BRB.  Oh thank Jeebus, it's tomorrow.  I dig rock songs with banjos and a piano.

Uncovered - Soundgarden.  Nice!  More Louder Than Love goodness.  Great way to wrap up the shuffle.
