Hope and Smoke - Kiven.  I can kinda see what they want to do.  Seems like they want to be a math rock/jazz band with odd time signatures and tones but it just ain't working.  They just sound like a low rent Incubus instead.  They have a long way to go before they reach This Town Needs Guns level of good.  A real producer could straighten their asses out.

Tales Of A Scorched Earth - Smashing Pumpkins.  Hmm.  The shuffle was one song off.  It should have been 1979.  Never liked the production on this song.  It's a muffled wall of sound mess.  Turning up the treble would fix it.

Take Me With U - Prince & The Revolution.  Ah ha!  No production complaints here.  Perfectly crisp and bassy.  It's not the star of the album but it's never the wrong time to listen to this song.  There are some bad ass Phil Collins In The Air Tonight style drums in there too.  

When The Levee Breaks - W.A.S.P.  I bought a couple W.A.S.P. albums for a friend a few years ago on Amazon and just recently figured out that they were Autorip eligible.  Downloaded those suckers and have been enjoying them gratis, son!  Too bad this is a cover.  Blackie is terrible at picking songs to cover.

Higher Ground - Red Hot Chili Peppers.  Straight up fun, cuz.  Stebbie knows this.
