Whistling Girl by Wovenhand.  When the song first came on I was wishing that Wovenhand would do something boisterous, big, like a horn section or over the top drumming.  That all changed when I heard the understated elements at play here.  The whimpering piano bit is fantastic, the drums are active without being blatantly Bonzo, the bass is steady instead of punchy.  9.2 of 10.

Closer To The Heart by Rush.  Canadian socialism makes for a peppy, fun, song.  9.0 of 10.

Swinging The Dead by DevilDriver.  DevilDriver would be great if they dropped the Disturbed cadence in the vocals.  On the upside, this song is more White Zombie than Disturbed.  8.5 of 10.

Send A Message by King's X.  In little more than two weeks from now I will be seeing King's X for the first time in over a decade.  Super excited.  I hope they play all of their songs.  All of them.  Solo projects too.  9.2 of 10.

I Human, Radio Version by Jazzanova DJ.  It's entirely possible Daft Punk stole this song and renamed it Get Lucky.  Surprisingly good.  8.7 of 10.
