The Celestials - Smashing Pumpkins.  I miss Deadwood for the fun and informative dialog...  The new Smashing Pumpkins album is surprisingly excellent.  Check it out.

The Pit - Silversun Pickups.  Very New Order sounding.  I dig it.  This band is full of goodness.

My Lovely Man - Red Hot Chili Peppers.  Second or third best song on Blood Sugar Sex Magic.  Great, great song.

Cavalries - Mutemath.  The song of theirs that showed up the other day was a stinker.  This is much more indicative of what Mutemath does well.  There's a funky Yes vibe going on.

Miles Iz Dead - The Afghan Whigs.  I enjoy this song a lot.
