All Gothic Poets Forget About Stars - Wednesday Shuffle

We're All Gonna Die (feat. Iggy Pop) - Slash.  Fairly decent for a song that has Iggy Pop on vocals but probably the worst song on Slash's solo disc.  Why do people like Iggy Pop?  He's an emaciated weirdo with not a lot of talent.  Slash cranks out an okay solo.

Soon Forget - Pearl Jam.  Millionaire Eddie Vedder whining about how millionaires are shitty.  Go buy a new t-shirt Eddie.  You can afford it.  It's also a bullshit ukulele song too.  Meh.

American Gothic - The Cult.  Dammit, just accidentally deleted half of the songs on tonights shuffle.  It's just as well as they were essentially shit songs.  This song, on the other hand, is the tits.  I can't tell you enough that Beyond Good & Evil is the best The Cult album.  Better than Sonic Temple.  If you're a rock fan you should own and cherish this album.

The Poet - Ryan Bingham.  This guy is awesome and I can't wait for a new album even though I haven't fully ingested Junky Star.  This song in particular intrigues me.  It's simple, powerful and haunting.  Now I'm glad that I accidentally deleted a few shuffle entries.

Baby I'm A Star - Craig Wedren.  It's a cover of the fantastic Prince song.  It's not a great cover.  Boring might be the best descriptor.  Don't bother seeking it out when the original still exists.
